Director of Sales, Poultry Animal Nutrition (Open to Remote in the US)

Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Director - Poultry will lead and develop sales strategy, commercial talent,and sales processes to achieve revenue targets while building a high-performing coaching culture that accelerates individual and team performance. In this role, you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the organization in promoting and selling the company's products and services.

Key Accountabilities

• Organize and coordinate sales operations in a specified geographical area.
• Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in the area.
• Plan and organize sales projects and activities for a geographical area.
• Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and lead the development and execution of customer growth strategies.
• Plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands.
• Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors
• Develop sales team through coaching, feedback, succession planning, and performance development. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of six years of sales or commercial experience in poultry nutrition or feed

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience

• Location: This position is open to remote candidates in the US 
• The expected salary for this position is approximately $170,000 to $230,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal.
