The Opportunity

MyComputerCareer is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build the insights, systems, processes, and operating discipline that power revenue performance across the organization.

Partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Marketing, and Enrollment leadership, this role will bring greater visibility and predictability to the revenue engine through forecasting, analytics, funnel optimization, technology, and process improvement.

This is not a role focused solely on reporting the numbers. We’re looking for someone who can understand what the data is telling us, identify what needs to change, and help make that change happen.

The right leader will be highly analytical and technically strong while also being comfortable influencing leaders, managing a team, and translating complex data into clear business decisions.

What You'll Do

Own Revenue Operations & Analytics

  • Build and optimize dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and analytics that provide clear visibility into revenue performance.
  • Partner with the CRO on revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, financial modeling, and long-term planning.
  • Analyze funnel performance, conversion trends, lead flow, and pipeline velocity to identify opportunities and recommend action.
  • Establish consistent metrics, definitions, and reporting across revenue-generating functions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive and operational leaders.

Optimize Systems & Processes

  • Own and continuously improve CRM workflows, automation, integrations, and revenue operations processes.
  • Identify operational friction and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Optimize lead management and lifecycle processes from initial inquiry through enrollment.
  • Drive adoption and effective utilization of revenue technology, tools, and reporting.
  • Champion automation and continuous improvement across the revenue organization.

Connect Marketing, Enrollment & Revenue

  • Partner with Marketing and Enrollment leadership to create greater alignment across the entire revenue funnel.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, ROI, lead quality, and conversion to support smarter investment decisions.
  • Improve lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, and data quality.
  • Ensure systems, reporting, processes, and priorities support the organization's overall revenue strategy.

Lead Sales Enablement & the RevOps Team

  • Lead and develop team members responsible for sales enablement, analytics, and operational support.
  • Oversee sales enablement tools and operational initiatives that improve frontline effectiveness.
  • Partner with Enrollment leadership to strengthen sales processes, tool utilization, and performance visibility.
  • Create scalable operating rhythms that increase accountability and help teams execute more effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a complex, metrics-driven revenue or sales organization.
  • Strong experience with revenue forecasting, funnel analytics, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level dashboards and turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and/or Looker Studio.
  • Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, lifecycle optimization, sales enablement, and revenue operations best practices.
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable process and technology improvements.
  • Experience leading teams and partnering effectively across Sales/Enrollment, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical and operational execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred.

What Success Looks Like

You'll know you're making an impact when:

  • Leadership has clear, reliable visibility into revenue performance and forecasting.
  • Marketing and Enrollment are operating from aligned data, metrics, and priorities.
  • Revenue processes are simpler, faster, and more scalable.
  • Leaders can quickly identify where opportunities or breakdowns exist within the funnel.
  • Sales tools and analytics are being used effectively to improve performance.
  • Data is trusted and translates into action—not just another dashboard.
  • Revenue Operations becomes a proactive business partner that helps the organization make faster, smarter decisions.
