SUMMARY: The Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for building and scaling Magaya's growth marketing strategy, translating revenue priorities and target markets into integrated marketing programs that create, accelerate, and expand pipeline.

The Director of Growth Marketing will create and own our pipeline generation engine, ICP targeting and segmentation, integrated demand generation campaigns, and customer marketing programs. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, and Marketing Operations, this role will translate revenue priorities into measurable marketing programs that create demand, accelerate pipeline, and improve conversion throughout the buyer journey. The role will also have supervisory responsibilities

Success in this role will be measured by pipeline creation and influence, marketing campaign performance, revenue attainment, and the ability to build repeatable programs that contribute predictably to revenue growth. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and own Magaya's growth marketing strategy aligned with company revenue objectives and GTM priorities.
  • Translate ICPs, market segments, customer data, and revenue opportunities into actionable audience and campaign strategies.
  • Build integrated demand generation programs across inbound and outbound motions, using tools such as Clay, Hubspot, SalesIntel, or ZoomInfo. 
  • Own the marketing operations function and technology stack, directly managing the Marketing Operations Specialist and providing strategic direction over our systems, processes, data, automation, and reporting to ensure they effectively support demand generation and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Business Development and Marketing Operations to develop targeted outbound campaigns for priority segments, accounts, industries, and competitive opportunities.
  • Create repeatable, "always-on" programs that consistently generate and nurture demand rather than relying exclusively on one-time campaigns.
  • Develop campaign strategies across the buyer journey, including acquisition, nurture, re-engagement, competitor displacement, and customer expansion.
  • Own marketing's webinar strategy as a scalable channel for demand generation, thought leadership, product education, and customer engagement.
  • Develop customer marketing programs that support adoption, cross-sell, expansion, advocacy, and engagement.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product positioning, launches, personas, and value propositions into demand-generating campaigns.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing on channel strategy and activation across paid media, website, social, content, and other digital channels.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to define campaign audiences, workflows, attribution requirements, lead management, and performance reporting.
  • Own marketing attribution reporting in Salesforce, analyze campaign performance to influence future strategies, and lead weekly marketing-sourced pipeline reviews.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies, data sources, automation, and AI capabilities that improve targeting, personalization, campaign scale, and efficiency.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly supervises the Marketing Operations Specialist team member within the Marketing department. Oversees performance, workload, and professional development.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, ICP development, segmentation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and demand generation.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and SDR/BDR organizations on coordinated inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategy and action.
  • Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, or comparable marketing and sales technologies.
  • Experience experimenting with AI, automation, enrichment, intent data, and emerging GTM technologies is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign development and execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires the ability to travel 15%-20% domestically and internationally to visit customers, attend conferences, events and training.
