We are seeking a strategic Director of Marketing Operations to serve as the operational and technology backbone of our Marketing organization. Reporting to the SVP, Revenue Operations within the Revenue Operations team, this role owns and continuously optimizes the marketing technology (Martech) stack and drives lead lifecycle management, campaign execution, and source attribution to fuel predictable, efficient pipeline generation and retention/expansion across Demand Generation and Customer Marketing. The role also ensures partner-sourced pipeline is accurately sourced, routed, and attributed, so we have a consistent, well-instrumented view across our direct and indirect go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and continuously optimize the marketing technology (Martech) stack, including marketing automation, CRM integrations, attribution, data enrichment, lead routing, and partner portal systems, across Demand Generation and Customer Marketing, ensuring it is integrated, reliable, and built to scale
  • Own the Martech budget and vendor relationships including selection, contracts, renewals, and ROI accountability
  • Identify, pilot, and implement AI and automation opportunities across marketing and indirect channel programs to improve efficiency, lead quality, and speed of execution
  • Build and maintain a source attribution model that accurately connects pipeline and revenue back to campaigns, channels, and partner activity
  • Own account and lead enrichment (e.g., ZoomInfo) to power accurate scoring, segmentation, and routing
  • Own lead lifecycle management and routing, including partner-sourced and partner-referred leads, ensuring speed-to-lead and clean hand-offs between Marketing, Channel, and Sales
  • Partner closely with Marketing leadership across Demand Generation and Customer Marketing to plan and execute campaign operations, from setup and segmentation through funnel measurement, and ensure systems and processes support their strategy
  • Own data governance and hygiene across the Martech stack, including field mapping, deduplication, and consent/compliance (e.g., GDPR), to protect data integrity across systems
  • Establish and enforce shared definitions and standards (e.g., MQL, SQL, funnel stages) across Marketing and Sales, partnering with the Analytics team to build and maintain the reporting and dashboards that track them
  • Own Sales–Marketing alignment on definitions, SLAs, and lead hand-off processes
  • Own source tracking, lead routing, and attribution for the indirect channel, including partner portal integration and partner lead flow
  • Ensure alignment and consistent measurement across direct and indirect (partner) go-to-market motions
  • Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team, building a scalable, high-performing operating function within Revenue Operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing (Demand Generation and Customer Marketing), Sales, Channel, Analytics, IT and Legal teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize Martech systems and integrations
Qualifications:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Martech roles in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce and a demonstrated track record of optimizing a Martech stack for scale and reliability
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI and automation solutions within marketing or RevOps systems (e.g., AI-driven lead scoring, workflow automation)
  • Preferred hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Impartner (or equivalent enrichment, routing, and partner portal platforms)
  • Proven experience owning multi-touch attribution and source tracking across demand generation, customer marketing, and channel programs
  • Strong background in account/lead enrichment, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and routing design
  • Experience owning data governance, hygiene, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, deduplication, field mapping) across marketing systems
  • Experience managing Martech budgets and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and ROI tracking
  • Excellent partnership skills, with a track record of working closely with Marketing leadership to translate campaign strategy into scalable systems and processes
  • Experience supporting indirect channel and partner programs, including partner portals, partner lead routing, and source attribution, strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop cross-functional operations teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
