Digital Banking Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Digital Banking Sales Manager to drive new business growth, build strategic client relationships, and help financial institutions accelerate their digital transformation journeys through Qualco's Digital Banking solutions. This is a newly launched offering for Qualco Technology, so we are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial sales leader who can own and drive the go-to-market strategy from the ground up, promoting the offering primarily across Europe and MENA, where Qualco Technology already has a strong presence, and bringing energy, conviction, and hands-on leadership to building this business line.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the driving force behind this new Qualco offering, leading the definition and execution of the go-to-market and sales strategy from the ground up;
• Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and converting new clients within the Banking and Financial Services sector;
• Promote Qualco's Digital Banking solutions, helping clients enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives;
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, Digital Banking leaders, and technology decision-makers, as well as partners and ecosystem players who can support and accelerate the promotion of this offering;
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure;
• Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and expand existing customer relationships;
• Understand customer business challenges and position Qualco's solutions to address digital banking, customer engagement, onboarding, lending, and omnichannel experience needs;
• Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to design and present tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value;
• Lead customer presentations, workshops, and discussions with both business and technical stakeholders;
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM records;
• Represent Qualco at industry events, banking conferences, and networking activities;
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and developments in Digital Banking and Fintech;
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Consulting Sales within Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Enterprise Software;
• Strong know-how of payment solutions for neobanks and digital-first challenger banks.;
• Strong know-how of credit and microfinance solutions for credit institutions, alternative lenders, and similar organizations;
• Prior hands-on experience working within the fintech space, with a proven, demonstrable track record of success in that space;
• High energy and enthusiasm, with an entrepreneurial, pioneering mindset and the leadership drive to build and scale the sales strategy for this new offering from scratch;
• Proven track record in selling complex technology solutions and managing enterprise sales cycles;
• Strong understanding of Digital Banking, Fintech, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Lending, Payments, or related banking solutions;
• Experience in value-based and consultative selling;
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders;
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Delivery, and Pre-Sales;
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Self-starter with a strong hunter mentality and focus on achieving growth targets;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems;
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
