Description

We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Demand Generation Intern to join our Revenue Growth team and gain hands-on experience supporting B2B marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline. 


In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to support demand generation initiatives across paid media, digital channels, campaigns, landing pages, reporting, and funnel optimization. You’ll have the opportunity to work with real performance data, contribute to active marketing programs, and learn how B2B organizations turn marketing investment into measurable revenue.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, analytical, organized, and excited to learn how modern B2B demand generation works.


Responsibilities 

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated B2B demand generation campaigns. 
  • Assist with campaign launches across paid search, paid social, email, and other digital channels.
  • Help coordinate campaign assets, timelines, tracking, and deliverables across internal teams and agency partners.
  • Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, leads, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and cost per acquisition to identify opportunities to improve performance. 
  • Stay current on digital acquisition trends and emerging B2B marketing tactics.
  • Help create presentations that communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. 
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities within the marketing funnel.
  • Participate in campaign and pipeline review meetings.
  • Document processes, campaign learnings, and best practices to improve team efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with or a strong eagerness to learn digital marketing and project management tools. 
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document findings and recommendations.


Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset, curious nature, and positive attitude. 
  • Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or analytics.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic data analysis.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, SEO/SEM, or marketing analytics.
  • Experience creating presentations or reporting dashboards.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $22/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
