Data Operation Analyst (remote)

Overview

We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst to support the accuracy, quality, and accessibility of business data. In this remote role, you will work with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, analyze operational data, and support reporting needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data accuracy across multiple databases and systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures.
• Assist with data validation, quality assurance, and data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data systems and workflows.
• Document processes and maintain data-related records as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, data operations, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency with data management, reporting, and spreadsheet tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data-related technologies.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality practices.
