Our client is looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of design, branding, and digital marketing. This is an execution-focused role for someone who loves transforming ideas into polished campaigns, engaging content, and impactful marketing assets.
You'll work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to strengthen the company's brand, support marketing initiatives, and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
Design professional marketing materials for both digital and print.
Create presentations, sales collateral, brochures, flyers, signage, banners, event materials, digital advertisements, and promotional assets.
Develop visually compelling graphics that reinforce the company's brand identity.
Help execute creative campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
Support the ongoing evolution of the company's visual identity.
Ensure all creative work reflects a polished, professional, and consistent brand.
Maintain and update company websites and landing pages.
Build pages for promotions, Open Houses, events, and community campaigns.
Upload and maintain community information and available inventory.
Optimize website content and user experience.
Implement basic SEO best practices.
Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
Support HubSpot marketing campaigns and automation.
Create email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and workflows.
Assist with lead generation initiatives.
Maintain CRM organization and marketing data.
Support campaign reporting and execution.
Plan, design, schedule, and publish social media content.
Create engaging graphics, carousels, reels, and promotional content.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and brand awareness.
Stay current on digital marketing and social media trends.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations to market available inventory quickly and accurately.
Upload listings across websites and advertising platforms.
Coordinate photography and marketing materials.
Ensure pricing, promotions, photos, and community information remain current.
Remove sold or unavailable inventory promptly.
Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Monitor website traffic and lead generation.
Prepare reports and identify optimization opportunities.
Use marketing data to improve future campaigns.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Inventory, and Leadership.
Support campaigns focused on occupancy, home sales, events, and resident engagement.
Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
2–4 years of experience in:
Marketing
Branding
Graphic Design
Digital Marketing
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and branding work.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with:
Canva (required)
Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
HubSpot (preferred)
Figma (preferred)
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Website management platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar)
Basic SEO knowledge and digital marketing best practices
Zapier
Marketing automation tools
AI-assisted design tools
We're looking for someone with a strong eye for visual storytelling and professional branding.
Your portfolio should demonstrate experience with:
Typography
Layout & composition
Brand consistency
Color theory
Print design
Digital design
Creative storytelling
AI tools are welcome to improve efficiency, but applicants should demonstrate strong design fundamentals and the ability to produce original, professional, and brand-consistent marketing materials.
To be considered, applicants must submit a portfolio that includes:
5–8 examples of professionally designed marketing materials
Branding or logo projects
Social media graphics or campaigns
Website or landing page examples (preferred but not required)
Any additional creative work showcasing your design abilities
