This is not a role for passive task-takers. We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and tech-savvy CoWorqer to step in as our Digital Marketing Assistant.

Your main mission is to serve as our reliable marketing builder—taking creative assets, directives, and strategies from the leadership team and translating them into flawlessly executed, live digital campaigns. If you are a detail-oriented remote worker who takes deep personal pride in absolute formatting accuracy, seamless system coordination, and safeguarding the customer-facing experience, this role was built for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Email Marketing Execution: Format, thoroughly test, and schedule email campaigns within Mailchimp—managing list segmentation, tags, and automated marketing workflows with high precision.

  • Website & Blog Stewardship: Execute routine Squarespace website updates, upload new blog posts, and implement basic front-end edits under the direction of the Marketing Director.

  • Social Media Coordination: Format, schedule, and publish ready-made content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn utilizing Meta Business Suite and native platform schedulers.

  • Launch & Promotional Support: Execute step-by-step administrative and promotional workflows for upcoming launches, masterclasses, and strategic brand initiatives.

  • Asset & Video Maintenance: Make minor structural adjustments to existing Canva templates and upload, format, and organize video assets on YouTube as needed.

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

  • Technical System Competency: Proven, hands-on experience navigating and executing workflows across our core tech stack:

    • Mailchimp (Email formatting, lists, and automation)

    • Squarespace (Basic website edits and blog formatting)

    • Meta Business Suite & LinkedIn (Content scheduling)

    • Canva & YouTube (Basic graphic adjustment and video management)

    • Google Workspace & ClickUp (File management and task tracking)

    • ChatGPT (Leveraging prompts for copywriting assistance and workflow speed)

  • Obsessive Attention to Detail: A natural double-checker who systematically verifies links, tracking codes, tags, and formatting layouts before anything goes live.

  • High-Ownership Execution: You thrive on taking creative plans and turning them into functional, live digital assets, owning the outcome from start to finish.

  • Proactive Communication Style: Clear and direct English communication skills. You instinctively flag workflow bottlenecks early and seek clarification from the Marketing Director to maintain a flawless chain of execution.
