Position: Onboarding Coordinator 2

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST (9 pm to 6 am Manila Time)
Salary: $1500/ month

About the job.

They are hiring a talented Onboarding Coordinator to support the Customer Operations - Onboarding Team to move our dental customers through the onboarding funnel.

You will oversee assigned customer onboarding portfolios, communicate daily with customers, and multi-task across a number of different projects and activities. The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment while exhibiting excellent customer-facing abilities and professionalism in all interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the clinic onboarding flow for a portfolio of dental clinic customers, from Contract Signed all the way through Installation, Training, and Launch. 
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis via email and phone call to organize customer implementation and training sessions, and make required follow-ups as-needed
  • Use Salesforce as the main source of truth and keep customer activities updated daily
  • Collaborate seamlessly within the Onboarding team and with the Installation, Sales and Customer Success teams to escalate and resolve technical or product-related challenges.
  • Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization and communication.
  • Anticipate your team’s needs to handle many responsibilities without consultation.


  • Minimum three years of experience as a project manager, Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
  • Has previous experience in a Customer Onboarding/Implementation role.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of medical terminology/experience supporting medical organizations is required. Experience in a dental context is preferred. 
  • Experience working with United States health or dental companies is preferred.
  • Must be a power user of collaboration softwares: Slack and Gmail. Must be willing to become a power user of Salesforce.
