We are committed to expanding our footprint and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director  (Bahasa Indonesia) to lead this effort.

Job Description:

The Commercial Director for the local market will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly in the areas of cryptocurrency and CFD and other asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities to drive growth and market penetration.
  • Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective Go-to-market and  Business Development strategies tailored to achieve company objectives. 
  • Develop and implement effective Client Acquisitions and Retention strategies across multiple marketing channels.
  • Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners.
  • Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Build and manage a regional team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • In-depth understanding of the Nigerian financial markets and regulatory environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Omnichannel marketing
  • Experience and strong understanding of budgeting, budget controls, unit economics and P&L management.
