Are you a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager with a passion for providing top-notch customer service and a knack for policy analysis? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing remote team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate must be located in one of the following states: AZ, UT, CO, TX, or NM.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our commercial lines business. Your duties will include:

1. Managing a book of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers.
2. Conducting thorough policy analysis to ensure coverage meets clients' needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
3. Preparing and presenting proposals, certificates, summaries, and renewals to clients in a timely and professional manner.
4. Utilizing AMS360 for account management purposes, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
5. Collaborating with team members to develop and implement strategies for retention and growth.
6. Staying abreast of industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new products to provide the best advice and solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position, you must have the following:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in a role managing commercial lines accounts.
2. Proficiency in using AMS360 for account management.
3. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to clients.
4. Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, with the ability to conduct detailed policy analysis.
5. Experience preparing and presenting proposals, certificates, summaries, and renewals.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs.
8. The ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively with a team.
9. Current Property and Casualty license in your resident state.

About 25% of travel required to an office in New Mexico or Utah.
