About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Cold Email Copywriter based in Latin America to create the email sequences that run alongside our SDRs’ outbound calls.

Every Ignitvio client account targets a specific market and buyer profile, and our messaging is built around relevant trigger data - signals such as a recently approved project, an upcoming service renewal, a property change, or a new decision-maker.

Your job is to turn those signals into concise, relevant cold emails that sound human and generate conversations.

You’ll work closely with our GTM Manager and SDR team, test different approaches, analyze replies, and continuously improve messaging based on what buyers actually respond to.

We judge cold email performance by meaningful replies and qualified meetings - not vanity metrics like open rates.

What You’ll Do

• Write and test trigger-based cold email sequences across multiple client accounts and industries
  
• Translate trigger data into concise, relevant messaging for specific buyers
  
• Develop subject lines, openers, value propositions, CTAs, and follow-up sequences
  
• Work with the GTM Manager to understand target segments, buying signals, and prioritization
  
• Use SDR call feedback and recordings to understand how prospects actually speak about their problems
  
• Analyze reply data to identify which triggers, messages, and CTAs generate conversations and meetings
  
• Continuously rewrite and test messaging based on campaign performance
  
• Write follow-up and meeting-confirmation emails used by SDRs
  
• Maintain a library of proven messaging and sequences across different industries
  
• Support healthy email deliverability through appropriate sending practices, list hygiene, and domain awareness
  
• Ensure messaging follows appropriate outbound email and unsubscribe practices
  
• Report reply rates, positive replies, and meetings generated by sequences
  
• Manage copy across multiple client accounts simultaneously
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience writing B2B cold email campaigns that generated replies and booked meetings
  
• Portfolio or examples of cold email sequences you personally wrote
  
• Strong understanding of cold email structure, including openers, relevance, value propositions, CTAs, and follow-ups
  
• Excellent written English - concise, natural, and conversational
  
• Ability to adapt messaging to different industries, buyers, and US markets
  
• Comfortable writing from research and trigger data rather than relying on generic personalization
  
• Experience using campaign data and prospect replies to improve copy
  
• Working knowledge of email deliverability, including sending volume, domain reputation, warmup, list hygiene, and unsubscribe handling
  
• Experience with at least one outbound email or sequencing platform
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Self-directed and comfortable managing several client accounts
  
• Available for overlap with US business hours
  
• Reliable high-speed internet
