Their mission is to streamline the $230B annual flip economy, reducing waste and inefficiencies through the strategic use of content, data, and capital. Our client has proven the power of flip content in top-of-funnel acquisition, particularly through the popular Austin Flipsters.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Success Manager who excels in client-facing roles and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This individual will support a different business unit within our company, focusing on enhancing the experience of our client's clients—homeowners and investors—through exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through. The CSM will be a pivotal member of our Client Experience team, responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating outreach, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction and Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the renovation process.
  • Coordinate client outreach and follow-up campaigns, managing both new leads and existing client relationships.
  • Schedule and manage sales calls, providing timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are completed accurately.

Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure timely and efficient communication and coordination.
  • Manage and update the CRM system (ActiveCampaign) and project management tools ( with accurate client information and project status.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of client reports, tracking key metrics and project milestones.

Sales Funnel Management:

  • Oversee the sales funnel, from initial contact through project completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Develop and implement follow-up strategies for old leads, maximizing conversion rates.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts, collaborating with the media team to create engaging content for client outreach.

Documentation and Process Management:

  • Ensure all client documentation is properly maintained and accessible.
  • Help coordinate company agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Document and refine client success processes, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.


  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the real estate, construction, or proptech industries.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Account management highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools, particularly ActiveCampaign and
  • Familiarity with sales processes and funnel management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).


  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month

Schedule: 9AM - 5PM CT
