Why This Role Matters

The Client Success Manager is the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Conquer's customers, responsible for the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and implementation through expansion and renewal. Reporting to the CCO, this role is focused on helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes with the Conquer platform.

This is a full-cycle CSM role: you own the relationship, the health of the account, and the commercial outcome. The ideal candidate brings 2 to 5 years of B2B SaaS customer success experience, is an expert Salesforce user, and has a background in SalesTech or revenue technology.

What You Will Do

  • Guide new customers through onboarding and implementation, ensuring a fast time-to-value and a strong foundation for long-term platform adoption

  • Develop a working understanding of each customer's Salesforce environment, business processes, and revenue workflows to configure and position Conquer effectively

  • Identify training opportunities and deliver targeted enablement to support business-wide adoption of the Conquer suite

  • Document onboarding milestones, configuration decisions, and customer-specific workflows to support continuity and future expansion conversations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship owner for a portfolio of accounts at varying stages of the customer journey

  • Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, maintaining regular touchpoints to stay aligned with evolving customer needs and priorities

  • Monitor account health, adoption trends, and utilization data, proactively engaging customers when opportunities or risks are identified

  • Conduct Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to review progress against customer objectives and guide strategic use of the platform

  • Discover and evangelize new use cases that deepen platform adoption and deliver additional business value

  • Own the renewal process for your book of business, identifying risk early and partnering with internal teams to remediate and secure successful outcomes

  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including additional seats, product lines, and new use cases

  • Drive measurable and quantifiable customer success outcomes that directly support retention and growth targets

  • Maintain accurate account records, health scores, and renewal forecasts in Salesforce

  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, translating usage patterns, feedback, and unmet needs into actionable product insights

  • Participate in internal product discussions and feature prioritization forums, representing customer perspective alongside the Product team

  • Stay current on Conquer product releases, new features, and platform capabilities, delivering proactive outreach and targeted enablement to customers as relevant

  • Contribute to the customer knowledge corpus and shared best-practice resources that support the broader Customer Success team

What You Bring

  • 2 to 5 years of B2B SaaS customer success experience

  • User-to-admin level proficiency with Salesforce, including day-to-day use, light configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Proven ability to own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and expansion

  • Strong relationship-management skills with both business and technical stakeholders

  • A skilled facilitator who can confidently run customer meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Executive Business Reviews

  • Strong project management discipline, bringing structure and follow-through to competing priorities and the full customer journey

  • Experience managing a book of business across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients

  • Comfort owning commercial outcomes, including renewal risk management and expansion pipeline

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate customer feedback into product insight

Nice to Have

  • Background in SalesTech or revenue technology

  • Customer success experience at a software company with an embedded calling or telephony feature (e.g., click-to-dial, call routing, or voice analytics built into a CRM or sales engagement platform)

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation. U.S.-based candidates can expect a base salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 depending on experience, plus variable compensation. Compensation for international candidates will be aligned with local market benchmarks.
