As a Field Representative, you will support automotive dealerships across Canada by selling specialized marketing services and delivering consultative solutions that help dealers grow, retain customers, and increase usage of client products and services. This is a highly travel-based role covering the Canadian market, with preference for candidates located in Ontario or near a major airport.
You will serve as a trusted partner to dealers, OEM field staff, and internal DSG teams, using your sales expertise, automotive industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive enrollments, revenue growth, account retention, and dealer satisfaction.

What you will do in this role

• Travel throughout assigned Canadian territories to meet with automotive dealerships, support business reviews, identify sales opportunities, and strengthen dealer relationships
• Drive new account acquisition, dealer enrollments, revenue growth, account retention, and increased usage of client products and services
• Act as the primary point of contact with OEM field staff and support effective communication between dealers, OEM partners, and Concentrix teams
• Carry and achieve enrollment and revenue targets within assigned accounts and territory
• Define, clarify, and communicate client specifications, business needs, program updates, and changes to dealers and field partners
• Serve as the DSG product knowledge expert for dealers and OEM field staff, providing ongoing education and support
• Maximize DSG-related revenue opportunities within daily operations and programs
• Support Field, Regional, and National OEM meetings as the primary DSG representative
• Lead or support dealer meetings, both group and individual, to promote program value and resolve business needs
• Build rapport with dealer and OEM field staff while supporting dealer retention, conflict management, and issue resolution
• Research competitor activity and market information to provide feedback to the client and Concentrix
• Identify automotive industry trends and compile competitive analysis insights
• Coordinate closely with the Associate Director, Manager, Inside DSG Consultants, and DSG staff to align on future enrollment and sales opportunities
• Serve as the point person for rolling out new products and program enhancements to dealers and OEM field staff
• Travel up to 75% of the time, typically up to 3 out of 4 weeks per month

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are bilingual in English and French (Québécois French preferred)
• Have a minimum of 2 years of prior automotive industry sales experience
• Bring sales and account management experience, including experience traveling to client sites
• Have experience carrying and achieving sales, enrollment, or revenue targets
• Can demonstrate a proven sales process and the ability to overcome objections
• Have the ability to make effective, engaging, and persuasive presentations on complex topics
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, as well as expense reporting tools
• Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Have a valid driver’s license and required travel documents
• Are able to travel up to 3 weeks per month, including Monday and Friday travel as business needs require
• Ideally live near a major airport to support frequent business travel

It will be a plus if you:

• Have B2B sales experience
• Have experience selling specialized marketing services or experience in the marketing services industry
• Have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
• Have established experience building strategic business partnerships with automotive dealers or OEM field teams
• Are located in Ontario or another location with convenient airport access

The base salary range for this position is $60k- $70k, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
