As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of scheduling and supportive tasks, including assisting our sales team by conducting compliance calls and scheduling client's signing appointments. An ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to prioritize and organize their work. Candidate should also be a team player and willing to learn about new tasks and/or processes.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm Est

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct compliance calls to confirm clients' understanding of the program prior to signing up.
  • Schedule signing appointments for new clients and for current clients to sign legal stipulations.
  • Liaise with notaries, sales team, and customer support team.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Review documents from the signings to make sure documents are filled out/signed correctly with follow up as needed and keep the client's file updated with the documents.
  • Prepare applications and start the enrollment process for clients.
  • Input new leads into Century's CRM.
  • Assist administrative processes including but not limited to: mailing welcome packets, mailing copies of client's signed documents, mailing letters of representation, and creating USPS/FedEx labels (when applicable).

Q UALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Strong technical skills (Mac experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional and reliable work ethic
  • Strong listening skills with careful attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn
