Account Management Specialist

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Management Specialist to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for each client.
  
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, business reviews, and proactive communication.
  
• Understand client goals and needs deeply, ensuring they consistently get maximum value from our services.
  
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upsells, renewals, and referrals.
  
• Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen the relationship.
  
• Drive client advocacy by facilitating testimonials, referrals, and online reviews.
  
• Develop and execute account strategies that improve client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  
• Track and analyze client feedback and account health metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  
• Lead smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for clients.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM and account management tools.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the staffing or recruiting industry.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  
• High emotional intelligence and resilience.
  
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software.
