About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Account Executive / Sales Representative to convert qualified sales opportunities into new customers.

This is a results-driven, client-facing sales role for someone who is confident running discovery calls, presentations, negotiations, and closing conversations.

You’ll manage qualified opportunities from discovery through close, understand prospect needs, recommend the right solutions, handle objections, and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.

What You’ll Own

Discovery & Consultative Selling

• Conduct discovery and sales calls with prospective customers
• Understand prospect needs, challenges, goals, and buying priorities
• Ask effective questions to uncover pain points and decision criteria
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs
• Build credibility and rapport throughout the sales process

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

• Deliver clear and compelling product or service presentations
• Conduct virtual demonstrations when required
• Communicate value propositions based on each prospect’s needs
• Clearly explain solutions, pricing, and next steps

Pipeline & Opportunity Management

• Manage qualified opportunities throughout the sales pipeline
• Maintain consistent follow-up with active prospects
• Keep opportunities moving toward a clear next step
• Prioritize deals based on likelihood to close and revenue potential
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Proposals, Negotiation & Closing

• Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes
• Draft professional follow-up communications
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Navigate pricing and negotiation conversations
• Close qualified opportunities and support smooth customer handoffs
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related client-facing sales role
• Proven ability to conduct professional sales and discovery calls
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Confidence handling objections and negotiating with prospects
• Demonstrated ability to move opportunities toward close
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable conducting sales conversations over phone and video
• Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM preferred
• Strong organization and pipeline management skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote-work setup
• Ability to overlap with U.S. business hours
