The Senior Public Relations Coordinator leads the development and execution of strategic PR plans and media relations for Youth Villages in North and South Carolina. This role involves creating communication materials, managing reputation, and collaborating with digital and development teams to increase organizational awareness.

Lead projects to improve policies and practices within public child welfare agencies to enhance outcomes for children and families. Conduct operational analysis and provide coaching to agency leaders to streamline collective impact and implement new service lines.

The Regional Network Manager serves as the primary liaison between Youth Villages and partner organizations, facilitating program implementation and clinical support. They are responsible for monitoring program indicators, ensuring fidelity to treatment models, and driving growth through strategic stakeholder engagement and fundraising.
