The VP of Communications leads the global media strategy, managing earned media, external narratives, and donor-facing communications to increase XPRIZE's visibility. This role involves positioning executives as authoritative voices and integrating owned content with earned media to drive philanthropic growth.

Lead the operational and technical execution of the Energy Efficient AI Prize, managing the competition lifecycle from technical validation to judging. Serve as a global ambassador and subject matter expert to coordinate between tech giants, researchers, and stakeholders.

The role involves managing and expanding XPRIZE's partnership ecosystem and developing rigorous impact measurement frameworks to assess competition outcomes. The manager will lead data analysis, secure strategic partnerships, and manage the partnership pipeline via Salesforce.

The COO oversees enterprise operations including IT, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure scalable internal systems and mission alignment. This role partners with the CEO to translate strategy into executable operating plans and manages organizational health and governance.
