The role involves managing and expanding XPRIZE's partnership ecosystem and developing rigorous impact measurement frameworks to assess competition outcomes. The manager will lead data analysis, secure strategic partnerships, and manage the partnership pipeline via Salesforce.

The COO oversees enterprise operations including IT, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure scalable internal systems and mission alignment. This role partners with the CEO to translate strategy into executable operating plans and manages organizational health and governance.

Acts as the central coordination point for the marketing production pipeline, managing intake, routing, and tracking of deliverables. Responsible for maintaining operational systems, digital asset governance, and providing leadership with visibility into project risks and milestones.

The Manager of Prospect Management and Research is responsible for building and managing a disciplined, insight-driven prospect pipeline to support fundraising priorities. This role involves executing structured prospecting, managing pipeline governance in Salesforce, and partnering with leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

The manager will serve as the primary steward for Advancement data integrity, Salesforce administration, and fundraising reporting infrastructure. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM workflows and provide actionable data insights to support donor engagement and strategic decision-making.
