XPRIZE Foundation

The Director, Community is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and stewarding a portfolio of 100-150 high-net-worth individuals and family offices to secure major gifts. They will develop long-term philanthropic relationships to drive unrestricted and strategic investments for XPRIZE's global initiatives.

Lead the end-to-end design and development of global incentive competitions, from initial problem framing to final design documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts to ensure prizes are visionary, feasible, and operationally sound.

The VP of Communications leads the global media strategy, managing earned media, external narratives, and donor-facing communications to increase XPRIZE's visibility. This role involves positioning executives as authoritative voices and integrating owned content with earned media to drive philanthropic growth.

Lead the operational and technical execution of the Energy Efficient AI Prize, managing the competition lifecycle from technical validation to judging. Serve as a global ambassador and subject matter expert to coordinate between tech giants, researchers, and stakeholders.
