The Community & Engagement Manager will lead the firm's community strategy, including the Immigration Benchmarking Collective, thought leadership initiatives, and executive programming. This role involves driving member engagement, managing content across various channels, and fostering relationships with HR and global mobility professionals.
The role involves drafting and organizing forms and documents for various non-immigrant visa types such as H-1B, TN, B, and L visas. Additionally, the paralegal will communicate with clients and manage government correspondence and internal data platforms.
Prepare and file cases for non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications, specifically focusing on PERM, I-140, and AOS processes. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and third-party providers to manage documentation and government correspondence.
