The Director, USG Portfolio provides strategic leadership for the organization's U.S. Government growth portfolio by defining business development strategies and driving pipeline growth. This role oversees portfolio performance, manages high-value funding pursuits, and fosters strategic partnerships to ensure long-term revenue growth.
The consultant will manage and ensure compliance for awards funded by private foundations, corporate donors, and foreign governments. They will also provide guidance on award terms, develop sub-agreement templates, and conduct training on compliance requirements.
The consultant will provide technical support for the design and implementation of jurisdictional REDD+ programs, focusing on MRV systems and carbon accounting. They will also translate complex technical data for policymakers and provide capacity building for government counterparts.
Manage the ART Registry platform by onboarding participants, processing carbon credit issuances, and maintaining accurate registry data. Coordinate with service providers and stakeholders to enhance system functionality and ensure compliance with program policies.
This role is responsible for coordinating the finalization and execution of ART’s Beyond Carbon Benefits (BCB) Certification, liaising with internal teams to complete its development, launch, and implementation. Key duties include leading the final development steps, managing implementation through template creation and training, and supporting promotional content development.
