Own the maintenance, supportability, defect resolution, releases, and customer commitments for Windward’s production software, while making technology decisions and setting standards for products transitioning into maintenance. Lead six developers and oversee quality assurance through its lead, managing delivery, team development, performance, planning, and the adoption of organizational AI standards.
