Own the end-to-end digital journey across global markets by managing the Shopify storefront and architecting scalable automations. Lead strategic merchandising, conversion optimization, and A/B testing to drive growth and improve the customer experience.

Manage the operational health and daily execution of Amazon marketplaces across the US, UK, AU, and CA. This includes auditing product listings, managing catalog integrity, and coordinating with supply chain and customer happiness teams.

Design and build a real-time, self-service reporting layer to serve as the single source of truth for 3-way financials. Develop a profitability attribution engine and deploy AI/ML techniques for automated forecasting and anomaly detection.

The role focuses on reducing technical friction by building internal tooling, scaling system integrations, and designing rapid prototypes. You will enable the safe adoption of AI and automation to optimize global business workflows.

Lead the UK acquisition strategy and commercial performance to scale the DTC business through data-driven and creative strategies. Manage direct reports and coordinate between the UK Brand team and Global Growth team to hit acquisition targets.

The role focuses on building and leading a US-based performance creative team to translate business objectives into compelling, localized paid social assets that drive new customer acquisition. Key duties involve leading creative strategy, overseeing the execution of short-form video and static assets, establishing rapid testing cadences informed by performance metrics, and managing/mentoring the team.

The purpose of this role is to drive US brand-led growth by leading local strategy and execution that converts attention into incremental demand. This involves driving measurable awareness, revenue growth, and improving Customer Acquisition Cost efficiency through integrated brand and growth channels.
