The Director, FP&A will oversee and build the FP&A team, partnering with the Corporate Controller and leaders to shape strategies, focusing on strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and capital allocation across the organization. Key duties include comprehensive budgeting, defining and modeling SaaS business metrics, evaluating hardware costs, establishing financial systems for scale, and leading long-term financing planning.

Design and lead the architecture and development of Waabi’s monitoring and observability stack. Analyze and optimize end-to-end performance across hardware, firmware, and distributed services.

You will develop and implement safety framework methods for autonomous trucking solutions, ensuring safety through quantitative metrics and validation processes. This role involves collaboration with various teams to optimize testing and maintain documentation of safety artifacts.
