Provide direct audiological services, including testing and rehabilitation, to children and students of all ages. Services are delivered primarily within school and home environments, focusing on hearing assistive technology and cochlear implants.

The Medical Records Coder II is responsible for accurately assigning ICD-10 and CPT-4 codes to inpatient and outpatient medical records to ensure compliant billing. They also act as a resource for healthcare providers and department managers to resolve documentation and charging issues.

Sign Language Instructors provide instruction to children/students who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or hearing but utilize sign language. They work with families or staff in various settings, including homes and schools.

The Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will observe and assist educational staff in adapting instructional strategies for students with hearing loss. They will also provide direct instruction and act as a liaison between schools and community services.
