Design and manage GCP project structure, networking, and Kubernetes cluster infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability. Build reusable infrastructure patterns and maintain security primitives to reduce developer friction and systemic risk.

Build and maintain full-stack product features and backend services that integrate AI and data to improve customer and agent experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data pipelines and internal tools for operational insights.

Lead UJET’s Core Infrastructure team and shape the backbone of the cloud-native CCaaS platform. Drive the strategy and execution for foundational cloud services including GCP orgs, networking, compute, and Terraform frameworks.

All roles at UJET require compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Personnel must report any suspected violations and complete SDPC training.
