Design, operate, and troubleshoot production GCP infrastructure, including GKE clusters, cloud networking, IAM, and shared services. Develop Terraform automation, improve observability, security, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency, and partner with Platform Engineering, SRE, and Security teams on infrastructure architecture and operations.
You will own the end-to-end data systems, including CDC replication, BigQuery pipelines, and Looker models. You will also build and maintain scalable data infrastructure while establishing standards for data reliability and developer experience.
The Deployment Specialist will serve as a hands-on technical resource for complex customer programs, translating requirements into production-ready solutions. They will manage the full deployment lifecycle, including API integrations, AI configuration, and troubleshooting technical blockers.
Manage complex customer issues from intake through resolution, including technical investigation and cross-functional escalation. Participate in global on-call rotations and coordinate high-severity incidents across engineering and product teams.
