Provide process and transactional support for HR systems, serving as the first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone. Responsibilities include managing high-volume support requests, updating employee data, and escalating issues to the appropriate HR leadership.

Cultivate professional relationships with K-12 operator accounts and distributors to grow business and achieve volume targets. Manage strategic initiatives, marketing programs, and T&E budgets while collaborating cross-functionally to maintain a competitive advantage.

Manage and grow relationships with Convenience Chain Accounts to drive incremental prepared foods business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer strategies, manage pricing, and optimize product mix.
