The Customer Development Manager is responsible for leading, selling, and implementing collaborative business solutions to drive growth for Tyson's prepared foods and deli portfolio at Winco Foods. They will manage sales partnerships, achieve financial objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute replenishment and promotional strategies.

Acts as the financial and operational lead for grocery customer sales teams to drive volume, GSAT, and trade execution. Partners with senior leadership to develop financial goals, lead annual planning, and manage a team of analysts and specialists.

Provide process and transactional support for HR systems, serving as the first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone. Responsibilities include managing high-volume support requests, updating employee data, and escalating issues to the appropriate HR leadership.
