The Product Manager is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and launch successful products. Execute the audit process to resolve exceptions for global client accounts and collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure service quality. Lead reconciliation meetings and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
