The Logistics Data Analyst will execute Trax’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will lead reconciliation meetings and audit reviews.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. 
  • Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery. 
  • Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. 
  • Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent performance. 
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity. 
  • Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency. 
  • Leads or participate in reconciliation meetings, audit reviews and other team meetings to evaluate audit performance and plan improvements. 
  • Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Tri- Lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required.
  • Has experience with Supply chain/ Logistics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel. 
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously. 
  • Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and ability to explain data insights to carriers and customers. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work with all organizational levels. 
  • Enthusiastic to gain practical experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. 
  • Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule for 24/5 coverage.
