The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, discovery, and delivery of an assigned product portfolio, focusing on integrating AI and automation to drive business outcomes. They will partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into a clear roadmap while managing the full product lifecycle.

Act as the technical backbone for the support organization by owning complex customer issues and driving deep troubleshooting. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to resolve defects and mentor Tier I team members to improve overall support capability.

Lead and coach a team of Mid-Market and Customer Account Executives to achieve revenue targets across new business, renewals, and expansion. Own sales forecasting, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment to grow the company's footprint in the vacation rental industry.
