The Director of Tax will design, launch, and lead the firm's new tax advisory practice while building and mentoring a team of professionals. They will serve as the primary tax advisor for venture-backed clients, providing strategic guidance on complex tax matters and business implications.

The Controller will manage monthly financial close processes, general accounting activities, and client relationships with auditors and tax advisors. Additionally, they will provide strategic support for budgeting, forecasting, and the implementation of internal controls for high-growth venture-backed companies.
