Provide L2 and L3 functional support for the SAP MM module while managing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process. Lead root-cause analysis, design solutions, and maintain direct communication with US-based client stakeholders.

You will provide functional support for the SAP MM module within an AMS model, managing incidents and service requests for a North American client. Additionally, you will perform configuration adjustments, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain up-to-date functional documentation.

Lead the SAP Basis team in managing implementations, upgrades, hardware sizing, and landscape design. Collaborate with functional and architecture teams to define system strategies and deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.
