The Solutions Consultant will support the pre-sales process by conducting customer discovery, mapping workflows, and delivering product demonstrations for healthcare SaaS platforms. They will also collaborate with sales, implementation, and product teams to architect integration solutions and ensure successful customer onboarding.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust data interfaces using HL7, FHIR, and modern APIs to ensure seamless communication between the platform and external healthcare systems. Key tasks include integration engineering, software development for web/backend applications, and providing operational support for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
