The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding and strengthening client relationships within the Texas market to promote structural concrete strengthening capabilities. This includes delivering technical presentations, managing the sales cycle for engineered services, and collaborating with operations teams to develop construction solutions.

The role involves performing wind and seismic analyses and structural design for repair and strengthening projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering teams, managing project budgets and schedules, and presenting technical papers.

Develop and expand business relationships with Heavy Civil Transportation owners, engineers, and contractors across the Southeastern US. Focus on driving design-build and collaborative delivery projects while managing the sales pipeline via Salesforce.

The Business Development Manager will develop new and strengthen existing client relationships in the Water/Wastewater sector. Responsibilities include participating in meetings, updating Salesforce, identifying project opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams.
