Develop and expand business relationships with Heavy Civil Transportation owners, engineers, and contractors across the Southeastern US. Focus on driving design-build and collaborative delivery projects while managing the sales pipeline via Salesforce.

The role is responsible for expanding structural concrete strengthening capabilities in the Texas market by developing new and strengthening existing client relationships. This includes delivering technical presentations, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with operations teams to provide engineered solutions.

The Geotechnical Engineer will conduct field investigations, prepare geotechnical reports, and design foundation retrofits and grouting solutions. They will also collaborate with project and construction managers to ensure successful project completion and resolve complex technical issues.

The Business Development Manager will develop new and strengthen existing client relationships in the Water/Wastewater sector. Responsibilities include participating in meetings, updating Salesforce, identifying project opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams.
