Deliver live, virtual didactic lessons and curriculum content to students in a Practical Nursing program. Provide timely feedback and act as a subject matter expert to prepare future nurses for licensure.

Initially manages instructor scheduling, invoice operations, and cohort setup for healthcare certificate programs. Later transitions to managing a network of student coaches to support post-program career searches and student outcomes.

Serve as the clinical expert for the go-to-market organization, building peer-to-peer relationships with Chief Nursing Officers to drive partnership growth. Bridge the gap between sales communications and clinical reality while advising on product roadmaps and clinical content.

The instructor will deliver live, virtual classes four times a week using a standardized curriculum to prepare students for the Surgical Technologist certification. Responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing academic support, and documenting performance within the company's systems.
