The role focuses on operationalizing product processes, building internal tools, and managing regulatory relationships with entities like the USPS. You will bridge the gap between engineering and operations to scale product velocity and improve internal workflows using AI.

You will own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and data analysis to delivery and collaboration with engineering pods. You will bridge the gap between digital software and physical operations to create intuitive experiences for complex business workflows.

You will lead end-to-end implementation of features, from discovery through implementation, and design software that solves real-world logistics challenges. Additionally, you will architect and implement core infrastructure that helps scale both customer and mail volume.
