Execute core People Team administrative processes and provide operational support to Field Operations and People Business Partners. Manage employee data within the HRIS, handle benefits administration, and ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws.

Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and live chat to guide them through registration and consultations. Support providers and internal teams by maintaining patient records and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
