The EDI Specialist manages end-to-end Electronic Data Interchange transactions to ensure accurate order processing and compliance for Home Center accounts. They collaborate cross-functionally to optimize order execution, resolve fulfillment issues, and maintain data integrity across systems.

Act as a liaison to provide product and services support while proactively resolving customer account issues. Manage high-demand commercial projects and collaborate with business partners to ensure a high-level customer experience.

Configure and implement sales performance and incentive compensation technologies to provide business solutions. Provide technical support, develop on-demand analytics, and maintain documentation for the project life cycle.

Cultivate relationships with end-users, distributors, and construction partners to promote synthetic turf solutions in the Maryland, DC, and Delaware markets. Proactively prospect for new project opportunities and educate architects and engineers on product offerings.
