Lead engagement with federal and state regulators and elected officials to shape a positive regulatory environment for tokenized funds and securities. Develop policy positions, draft official comment letters, and advise executive leadership on regulatory risks and opportunities.

The Staff Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end and quarter-end close processes and general ledger maintenance. They will also support internal controls, external audits, and tax preparation across multiple regulated entities.
