The Legal Operations Manager will oversee daily legal and compliance operations, including contract management, regulatory filings, and corporate governance. They will also act as a primary point of contact for business teams while managing relationships with external counsel and auditors.
Advise on legal and regulatory matters involving digital assets, tokenized securities, and SEC-regulated entities, and support compliance, product launches, and ongoing operations. Manage external counsel, support agreements and regulatory examinations, maintain internal legal and compliance policies, and monitor relevant regulatory developments.
Define and prioritize requirements for Transfer Agency and Issuer Operations, scope partner data integrations, and lead delivery of onboarding, issuance, and related platform workflows. Manage testing, operational backlogs, documentation, and data-informed roadmap decisions while coordinating launches with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Client Services.
The Associate will oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly fund financials, including NAV calculations and capital activity reviews. They will also coordinate with third-party service providers such as fund administrators, auditors, and tax preparers to ensure operational efficiency.
