The Development Senior Associate provides administrative and operational support to the development team, including managing donor pipelines and database administration. They also lead mid-level donor stewardship and conduct prospect research to support organizational fundraising goals.
The Major Gifts Manager will own a portfolio of at least 65 donors, managing the full cycle from prospecting to solicitation and stewardship. They will also provide administrative support to the development team and coordinate with executive leadership to meet ambitious fundraising goals.
