The Customer Success Manager will own approximately 100 customer accounts, guiding municipalities and haulers on leveraging digital communication and fleet management software to improve solid waste operations and ensure subscription renewals. This involves consulting on best practices, setting goals based on data, and acting as the voice of the customer internally.
