The Programs Lead oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of all P.A.C.E. program areas while ensuring they remain mission-aligned and trauma-informed. They also provide leadership to program coordinators and volunteers to strengthen service delivery and organizational impact.

The coordinator will develop and manage a social media content calendar while creating on-brand visual and written content. They are also responsible for scheduling posts, monitoring audience engagement, and tracking performance metrics to ensure alignment with the organization's mission.

The Fundraising & Development Lead will coordinate fundraising strategies, manage grant prospecting, and oversee donor stewardship to support the organization's mission. They will also lead fundraising campaigns and provide direction to interns and volunteers while ensuring compliance and accurate impact reporting.

Board members are responsible for providing strategic direction, ensuring legal and ethical compliance, and stewarding organizational resources. They also participate in fundraising efforts and support initiatives that provide emergency transitional services for survivors of human trafficking.
