QBench

Lead the implementation and deployment of QBench software for laboratory clients while providing long-term account management to ensure adoption and growth. Responsibilities include planning project schedules, conducting requirements analysis, and delivering customer training to maximize lab efficiency.

The Product Manager will champion the use of AI to enhance internal product team effectiveness by prototyping, planning sprints, and managing release documentation, while also owning the definition, specification, and shipment of AI-native features within the QBench product itself.
