The Interim Dental Plan Sales Manager will drive sales volume by engaging with practice teams to build and execute practical sales plans. They will also collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective promotion and visibility of dental plans across the network.

The Category Manager will own the strategic growth, commercial performance, and development of the Implants or Clear Aligners category across the PortmanDentex network. They will lead the implementation of scalable clinical and operational workflows while managing supplier partnerships and engaging with clinicians to drive treatment uptake.

The Country Lead will provide senior operational leadership across Scottish dental practices to drive commercial performance, patient care, and regulatory compliance. The role involves managing practice managers, overseeing business plans, and ensuring national priorities are executed effectively within the regional landscape.
