You will elicit and analyze business needs while co-creating solution visions aligned with customer priorities. Additionally, you will define functional requirements and collaborate with the development team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

You will own the development and maintenance of the AI layer supporting business analytics, including defining requirements and evaluation frameworks for AI response quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of AI-assisted analytics and validate new business use cases.

The Senior Business Analyst will define analytical approaches, set project directions, and ensure business objectives are met within complex IT projects. They will act as a liaison between stakeholders, UX designers, and development teams to document functional requirements and validate technical solutions.

You will design and build consumable data assets on an AWS data platform while collaborating with product engineering teams to define data ownership and contracts. Additionally, you will onboard data from legacy warehouses and develop tooling to accelerate platform adoption.

Coordinate QA activities across complex delivery projects while acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external providers. Manage defect lifecycles, maintain test evidence, and ensure quality gates are met for successful delivery and release readiness.
