Lead the end-to-end pharma pipeline by sourcing, pitching, and closing high-value co-developed partnerships. Own the pharma revenue plan and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure signed deals are successfully delivered.

You will work directly with founders and engineers to define and build AI-driven insurance products that improve loss ratios and operational efficiency. This role involves translating complex real-world insurance pain points into actionable product requirements and shipping them quickly.

The Founding Engineer will help design the core engine for ad delivery within AI experiences and build supporting infrastructure, focusing on high-throughput, low-latency systems processing millions of requests per minute. Responsibilities include developing the ad decisioning pipeline, publisher SDK, delivery infrastructure components, and the real-time observability stack.

The Founding CSM will own the entire post-sale experience, leading new customer onboarding, managing retention and renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities within the existing portfolio. This role is also responsible for creating foundational Customer Success playbooks, such as checklists, QBR templates, and health score frameworks.

The Patient Care Operations Coordinator will conduct high-volume outreach to patients and assist them in enrolling in benefits programs. They will also verify eligibility, connect patients to community resources, and document interactions in the system.
