Develop clear and concise messaging across various digital and print channels to drive engagement and build brand awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent corporate brand voice and manage the end-to-end editorial process.

Leads the enterprise strategy, governance, and modernization of the brand and digital experience to ensure cross-channel consistency. Manages a team focused on digital experience standards, brand frameworks, and long-term brand evolution.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to resolve delinquent and overdrawn accounts through payment plans and collections. Protect credit union assets by recovering collateral and recommending accounts for charge-off.

This role is responsible for developing, growing, and managing a portfolio of quality member business loan relationships. The officer will prepare written loan requests and ensure compliance with regulatory and credit union requirements.
