Serve as the primary functional owner of the Salesforce platform, managing configuration, automation, and system stability. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT to translate operational needs into scalable CRM solutions.

Conduct comprehensive clinical and medical assessments for prospective clients via phone to determine appropriate levels of care. Collaborate with internal clinical teams and manage administrative duties including auditing and scheduling admissions.

The Admissions Therapist conducts clinical assessments and intake interviews to determine the appropriateness of new clients for the program. They act as a bridge between prospective clients and clinical teams to ensure a supportive transition into care.
